Returning an item (return)
You would like to return an item? With pleasure. Here you will find step-by-step instructions for an uncomplicated return. All returns are handled by our logistics partner DHL - even if another parcel service delivered your parcel on the way there.
You can help us to process your return more quickly if you enclose a completed return form with all the relevant details of your return. Simply click on the banner, download the PDF, fill it out on your PC or by hand and enclose it with the parcel.
2. Packaging
Pack the item securely and pad the package well if necessary. Do not forget to enclose the completed return form with the parcel.
3. Create DHL returns label
You can create the returns label (returns stamp) via the DHL returns portal. To do this, click on one of the three banners and you will be directed to the corresponding returns portal for your country. After you have completed all the mandatory fields, your returns label will be generated and is available in PDF format. Open the PDF and print it out.
4. Sticking on the DHL returns label
Separate the printed PDF at the dividing line and then stick the returns label on the parcel. Be careful not to stick it on the barcodes.
5. Sending
Drop off the parcel at the nearest post office or parcel station and ask for a delivery confirmation. Done. Once we have received your item, we will deal with your request as quickly as possible.
