45 days right of return
In addition to the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, we grant our customers a voluntary, extended 45-day right of return. The following points refer to this, the return within the framework of the statutory right of withdrawal is not affected.
How do I get my money back?
As soon as we have received your return and it has been checked, you will receive a credit note from us by e-mail. You will receive the credit note amount in the same way as we received the payment from you, i.e.:
- if you payed via PayPal, you will receive a credit note via PayPal.
- if you payed in advance, your bank account will be credited from which the transfer was made.
The refund will be made within 14 days at the latest from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of the purchase contract. For the refund, we must have received the return shipment.

How do I return goods? (Returns)

We want you to be happy with your retrofitted electric bike and hope that you are using it frequently. Of course, it can also happen that a part doesn't quite fit or fall the way you imagined it would. After all, all bikes are a little different. Whether the result is convincing only becomes clear with the first test drive. That's why we make sure that you can return an item with our extended right of return.
If you are not satisfied with our goods, you have the option to return your ordered items within 45 days after receipt.
Please note that we can only take back items that you have only tested or tried out, the same way that it is customary in a shop. Therefore, please take care to avoid scratches and other signs of use during the installation and test drive. You will find all details on the return policy in our terms and conditions.
