Order process and payment options
Select an item in the shop and place it in the shopping basket. Click on "Continue shopping" to add more items to the shopping cart or click on the orange "Checkout" button in the shopping cart to complete your purchase.
If one of the product descriptions does not answer all your questions, we will be happy to help you. At the end of the item description you will find an orange button "Questions about the item". This button allows you to open an enquiry form, which you can use to ask us your questions about an item. Alternatively, you can also send us an e-mail or call us. You can find our contact details at About-us -> Contact.
Step 2: Order
In the next step you have three options. Log in, Register as a new customer or Shop as a guest without registering.
- If you already have a customer account, you can simply log in with your email address and password.
- If you do not have a customer account with us yet, you can register and create an account. To do this, fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk (*), confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and click on "Continue".
- Alternatively, you can also order as a guest. Simply tick the checkbox "Do not create a customer account". Then fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk (*), confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and click on "Next".
Follow the order process:
- Billing and delivery address: Check your delivery address and add a different billing address if necessary.
- Payment and shipping: Change your desired payment method (PayPal or prepayment) or the shipping method (DHL or DPD).
- Additional options: Enter any item number and add this item directly to the shopping cart or add a comment to your order.
Prepare your order and click on the orange button "Order with obligation to pay".
Step 3: Payment
If you have selected "PayPal" as your payment option, you will now be redirected to the PayPal page to authorise the payment via your PayPal account. If you have chosen "Prepayment" as your payment method, you can transfer the amount yourself after the purchase.
