We too know the feeling: Once the goods have been ordered, delivery can't be fast enough. We do everything we can to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Shipping partners DHL and DPD
We generally send all shipments via DHL, except for shipments that contain wheels from a size of 26 inches. For cost reasons, we send these via DPD. In addition to short transit times, all DHL and DPD parcels include tracking, Saturday delivery and transport insurance.
DHL also delivers to Packstations. Please note that shipments containing a wheel larger than or equal to 24 inches cannot be delivered to Packstations due to space restrictions.
With the parcel notification and the desired day delivery option, DHL will automatically keep you informed about your delivery by e-mail. For more information, please see DHL.co.uk > delivery on desired day.
Delivery times
The delivery times are indicated on the detail page of the respective item. If you purchase several items at the same time, the longest delivery time applies to the entire order. We are happy to provide individual information on delivery times or the status of your order. Contact us.

Deliveries to non-EU countries (rest of the world)
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes and fees may apply. In return, exports are exempt from German VAT (19 %). You can find more information on the websites of your national customs office.
Example Switzerland: Exports are exempt from German VAT (19 %). However, the recipient must declare the goods in Switzerland and pay Swiss import VAT (currently 8 %). Swiss Post is responsible for handling parcel shipments. Further information can be found on the websites of Swiss Post and Federal Customs Administration (FCA).
Shipment tracking
The advantage of tracking is that you can see at any time where your shipment is and when it is expected to be delivered. As soon as we prepare the shipping documents, you will receive a separate email with the consignment number (tracking number) and a link to check the consignment status. If you have any questions about the status or problems with the shipment, we will be happy to help.
Packaging and environmental protection
In our self-developed special boxes for stored engines and conversion kits, your order will arrive well protected. For the shipping of your order we exclusively use ecological packaging materials such as cardboard and paper with a high recycling content and are also connected to a renowned packaging system with our partner Landbell. When we use bubble wrap or Styrofoam for padding, this material comes exclusively from our suppliers' packaging. We collect the material and use it again. We also reuse cardboard boxes from our suppliers for ecological reasons instead of recycling them immediately.
Shipping without climate-damaging CO2 emissions
We take climate protection very seriously. Whether it's a small package with the necessary adapter cable or pallet deliveries to our dealer network - we ship everything completely climate-neutral via our logistics partners DHL and DPD. Worldwide. For a future worth living.
