Ebike Solutions has been providing efficient solutions for the complex challenges of electromobility since 2009. And not only for end customers. A supporting pillar of our company is engineering services for manufacturers. For every type of small electric motorization in different vehicles and application areas, we can make a significant contribution to successful project realization as a development partner.
Our team of highly specialized engineers develops innovative and customized solutions for your project. We cover a broad spectrum: electronics, battery construction, battery management systems (BMS), drive technology, energy recovery and much more. We are a consortium partner in the AddRE-Mo project led by the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation IPA. This is about value retention scenarios for urban electromobility of people and loads through additive manufacturing and remanufacturing. In addition to economic benefits, the focus here is primarily on ecological aspects.
In the meantime, many innovations from agricultural science have arrived in the fields and are increasing efficiency and yield at an unprecedented rate. Here, too, we are making our contribution to optimizing agricultural management. For an agricultural science project, we have developed a plot sprayer with electric drive, in which the motor-assisted walking speed can be set precisely in 1 km/h steps. We were able to adapt our open and freely programmable system exactly to the requirements of the project.
Rehab- and special vehicles for people with limited mobility or for their transport are not new territory for us. Here we offer individual and needs-based mobility solutions.
We are mobility partner of Munding Cargobikes. Dipl.-Ing. Stefan Munding has developed his own cargo bike with tilting technology and produces it in series. We have adapted one of our e-bike conversion kits to the requirements of this tilting tricycle and thus equip all Munding Cargobikes with an individual electric drive.
A real amusement park offers many attractions. The grounds are correspondingly large. Here, electric vehicles offer the opportunity to move faster than on foot and thus have more time to visit more attractions. Because the park is located on private property, the vehicles are free from compulsory registration and the associated restrictions imposed by the requirements of the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO). This leaves a lot of room for individual programming. For example, engine assistance even beyond 25 km/h or the installation of significantly more powerful engines or the removal of the throttling of more powerful engines than legally permitted.
Car-free passenger transportation is enjoying ever greater acceptance and demand in society due to increased environmental awareness. With individual and customized drive solutions, for example for rickshaws, we are making our contribution to an ecologically balanced and livable future. And, of course, to relieve the burden on drivers.
