Hello EBS team,
here are a couple of pictures of my conversion with a Crystalyte HT3525 motor, an 18 FET control board and a battery featuring 48 Volt rated voltage, end-of-charge voltage of 58.8, end-of-discharge voltage 35 and rated capacity of 23.2 Ah.
I adjusted this e-drive to these settings:
32 A maximum current (of battery)
119A maximum phase current
0.9 V Undervoltage level
42V end-of charge voltage battery
I ride with either power throttle or PAS that I can switch on and off with a togglee switch at the handlebar. The power switch is hidden behind a flexible cover. Riding this bike is better than with any motor scooter. Find attached photos of how I performed the conversion.
Thanks to the great 500W Puma Conversion Kit from Ebike-solutions I managed to breathe life into my 12 year old Red Bull Fully by resurrecting it as an e-bike. Everything fitted perfectly and after the test ride no readjustments were necessary. The bike really takes off it's addictive. I can recommend Ebike-Solutions without any restrictions.
Thanks a lot,

after some fiddling and the first 500km, I can tell you:Your EBS Plug & Drive 250W Conversion Kit is absolutely worth it! It's a great benefit that you can go anywhere without risking your insurance. With a speedy riding style I manage to go a 29kph average ad the 11.6Ah battery will last for 50km. For demanding MTB tours I swap the rear wheel for the original wheel and the battery stays at home. This is my imagination of Plug & Drive :-)

thanks a lot again for the fast delivery of the 3-position switch, now everything works perfectly!
When it matters one can definitely rely on you. Perfect! Finally my bike is ready to go, really fun to ride, highly addictive! You come back from a tour and get off the bike yet you already want to get on again, just have to recharge the battery, I guess I will soon need a second battery. It's weird for three days I had to ride without motor because the controller was out of order. It was so boring to ride along in slow motion only riding downhill was fun. Only with e-drive fun factor cranks up like nothing. 160mm travel front and rear geometry-adjust at push of a button, awesome! Thanks to your know how I now have what can't be bought anywhere: An absolutely awesome high-tech fully with powerful e-drive, radical! Here are some pictures of my precious, see for yourself! Thanks a lot again for everything, I am so happy with my rocket bike.

Hello Electric Bike Solutions team,
just checking by, again. Still have my E-Cube and I am still very satisfied with it. The BMC motor's torque and silent power supply are simply phenomenal! It is lots of fun to ride it through the Pfälzer Wald Cudos, again to all involved.
Last year I took it to the Alps. Surprisingly I was the only e-biker. Though there it makes even more sense. Daily stages of 50km and 2,000 vertical meters were absolutely no problem. Thanks to the Cycle Analyst I could make optimum use of the battery and gauge my effort. I took the battery to my hotel room were I could carefully recharge it.

The conversion was great. The bike was converted just as I had imagined. Thanks the comprehensive advice and the flawless execution I can now almost completely dispense with my car and travel most distances by bike. I am excited!

See the absolutely convincing result on the included photo. I am more than satisfied with my Birdy-conversion (touring). The folding bike set recommended by you works perfectly and my pedelec can be ridden quite "sportslike" - even over distances of more than 60km and bigger hills. And this despite the fact that I am quite a heavyweight. Stability is good, the functioning parts do their job, folding is no problem and - as you can see - it is also pleasing to the eye. To the conversion I added a power supply for the lights and my Iphone (5.2V), to also be able to navigate through unknown areas. Controller and power supply are stored under the foldable pannier rack. Kind greetings,

Why did I have my folding bike converted by Ebike Solutions?
Let my tell the the whole story in in chronological order: continue reading
Dr. Rolf B.: It's powerful enough to pull a trailer with 60kg (132lbs) of luggage - this year, when riding out with the neighbours, one of them was on his new pedelec, though one with a mid-mount motor. Suddenly his gear hub broke and he was only able to ride in the smallest gear - to continue as a complete group was impossible. No large capacity taxi was available, so I literally took matters in my own hands by pushing him with my right arm for the final 5km to our day's destination, being assisted by the powerful Crystalyte motor and the large battery.

I can only recommend the ebike-solutions.de conversion service. I had my Brompton converted into a pedelec. After the appointment was made the conversion was completed within one business day. I even was given a converted Brompton for testing during that day. Since the conversion on Feb. 2 2014 until Mar. 14 2014 I have 760 km on my clock and rode several hill here in Bieler Seeland and Berner Jura (Switzerland). I didn't even feel the trailer with 50kg of equipment even when just going in levels 2 to 5.
My best investment since the Brompton itself.
Thank you very much , Ebike Solutions team...keep up the good work!!!

I can only recommend getting advice from EBS. Especially nice: Even for stubborn guys like my they have a lot of patience. So the conversion of my folding bike Dahon IOS P8 took significantly longer than half a day, only because I - despite contrary recommendations - insisted on having a water bottle battery attached to the totally irregularly shaped frame. In the end, they solved it with custom machined alloy parts and special-purpose glue. The rest was a piece of cake. Thanks to the perfectly compact electronics it could be stored between seat tube and rear wheel. Now I am totally happy - and enjoy the headwind blowing into my face as well my bike's looks at every occasion.

I also liked my converted bike very much. The built-in technology is a great thing and everything works flawlessly. Never before cycling has been that easy and comfortable. Advice from Ebike Solutions was also outstanding.
I will of course recommend your business. Greetings,

We have converted an Electra Townie into a pedelec using your conversion kit. Battery and controller are completely hidden inside the bike basket. You have to look twice to see that the bike has an auxiliary drive. "Ride your Bike" had the Electra Townie painted in pink and installed the frot wheel converted by you.

The price of the original pedelec version of this otherwise perfect bike would have absolutely blown our budget. For half the money the Ebike Solutions Teams put-together a perfect set-up with a larger-capacity battery. Including all special requests, thanks a lot!

Axel A.: When putting up a bike like this there's a lot of challenges ahead of you. All my ideas about the e-drive became reality thanks to the E-Bike Solutions Team! Great advice and implementation, very creative, even if in this case it wasn't easy.

First I had second thoughts that the looks could suffer from the pedelec conversion, but I was convinced otherwise. EBS has provided outstanding service/montage, which is absolutely convincing and exciting. Also riding is a lot more relaxed.
Thanks again to the EBS team. I will recommend you.
This project's goal was to build a really fast and powerful e-bike that should not be recognizable as an e-bike at the first sight. At the same time I had always been fascinated by the beautiful details and frame shapes of classic road bikes. I intentionally didn't want to build a bike that looked like a prototype and tries to copy a motorbike.
So we chose a 1930s track-racing-bike-style frame that offers a longer wheelbase and therefore a good directional stability at higher speeds. The battery sits hidden inside a leather bag and the 1000W motor is only noticeable when you take a close look (and only if you already have dealt with e-bikes). Measurements on a test range with standardized photoelectric barriers revealed a maximum speed of 58 kph (36 mph). You might never need this for everyday use, but it's nice to know to have potential to spare.
Very kind regards.

The Track bike with our EBS FREAK! 1000W Conversion Kit.
Hello Ebike Solutions,
a couple of months ago I made use of your service. I am happy to announce that my e-bike project is finally completed. It was our goal with this project to build a really low-key bike that you would not take for an e-bike at the first sight. A low-key track bike should serve as a base complemented by a 250W motor, Sram Automatix 2-speed gear hub and the least possible amount of cables. The result is an elegant speeder in single-speed look as no-frills as possible, integrated parts and a clean appearance. We solved the "hide-the-battery/controller-pack-problem" by using a Swiss Army bag which fits the frame surprisingly tightly, no matter if riding in the city or countryside.
Thanks a lot for your help we have a lot of fun with our trusted steed!!

Michael R.:My 250Watt Puma now has 2500km on the clock without any problems. It's monitored by an EBS 12 FET controller that is operated by a 6-level and an additional 3-position switch (18 different speeds). A V7 PAS manages activation. An additional power throttle is installed for well-dosed starts. Riding my riding is fun over and over again. Thanks for your competent advice and the conversion.

The bike works great. Nowhere there's a problem and now I manage to climb even real hills. here, see a picture. I will be glad to recommend you. My cruising range has vastly increased - a pedestrian will never get this. Now I ride to work everyday and go on bike trips at the weekend. That is now finally possible for me. It's the simple thing to make our day. And it's also fun!
Claus S.: I was very satisfied with the service, as always. It is always a pleasure to meet real specialists for electric mobility and to know that all bike conversions will be completely handled with competence.
