E-Bike Batteries from Ebike Solutions
The battery is the energy source of your electric drive and just as important as the motor. It is recharged with a charger from a standard wall outlet and provides your system with the required power while you drive. The capacity of the battery is measured in ampere hours (Ah). The higher the capacity, the more kilometres you can drive with your electric drive.
Our E-Bike batteries are built with rated voltages of 36 Volt (10s), 48 Volt (13s )and 50.4 Volt (14s) and are based on advanced lithium-ion technology. They come standard with no charger, so you can choose the one that suits your needs. Inside the battery is a state-of-the-art Battery Management System that protects it from overcurrent, overtemperature and deep discharge. It also monitors and balances the voltage of each cell.

What do I Have to Consider When Choosing my Battery?
Is the battery compatible with the desired conversion kit? The first criteria is the amperage in amperes (A) required by the conversion kit. Our PurePower batteries support all drives up to 25 Amps, higher requirements must be supplied by an Ebike battery with 30A or more. The second important parameter is the voltage (V). Unless otherwise stated, the speeds and rpm indicated by us refer to operation on a battery with a rated voltage of 36 volts. If you use a battery with 48 Volt, you will run approx. 30%-40% faster than specified in the product.
Why does a higher voltage cause a higher speed? This special feature is due to the design of the motors, which always have a certain number of revolutions per volt. When a battery with a higher voltage is connected, the speed increases directly proportionally. For speed fans: from speeds of around 40 km/h, air resistance plays an increasingly important role; a bicycle with a small cross-section is recommended.
How far do I want to drive? The range specifications for rechargeable batteries are quite inaccurate, as the actual range depends very much on how much you step along and whether there are many gradients along the way. Another factor is the tension. Rechargeable batteries with 48V have more energy with the same capacity, but also cause an increased energy consumption due to the higher motor speed. Nevertheless, we have endeavoured to include the most realistic range specifications in the product descriptions and to make them transparent by stating the consumption value on which they are based.

For our also self-made EBS Hi-Power Ebike batteries we offer a range of battery bags. So you can place your battery in the frame triangle, on the luggage, on the handlebar or in a side pocket - the possibilities are numerous.
