45 day returns policy

In addition to your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days, we grant you a voluntary right of return within 45 days. All following points refer to this right, returns according to the legal right of withdrawal are not affected.

We want you to be happy with your converted electric bike and to enjoy using it often.

Of course when converting your bike it can happen that some part is not to your liking or it does not fit. In the end all bikes are a little different. Only a test ride can prove, if you are convinced by the result. This is why you can send back an article by using our expanded 45 day returns policy.

In case your are not satisfied with our merchandise, you are entitled to return your ordered merchandise within 45 days after it has been delivered to you.

In order to execute the voluntary 45 day returns policy, it is required that you have tested or inspected the merchandise in a way that is usual and possible in e.g. a retail store. Please make to avoid scratches and other traces of usage during installation and test ride. Find all details about the returns policy in our TACs.


How do I return merchandise?

If you wish to return an article, request a return form (return label) and send it back to us. How to do so, please see here.


How do I get my money back.

As soon we have received your return shipment and it has been inspected, you will receive a refund memo via email. The amount will be refunded in the same way you have used to pay us, this means:

  • In case of prepayment, we will transfer it to the same account from which the original transfer has been made.
  • In case of PayPal the refund will go to your PayPal account.
  • In case of COD will transfer the refund to the account named by you.

We will reimburse you within 14 days from the day your notification of withdrawal from the contract has reached us. For reimbursements to be eligible we must have received the returned merchandise.
